With free upgrades, you can be assured that you have the latest and greatest features of new releases for a whole year from the product purchase date! Terms
Premium Support agreements are valid for one year from the purchase date of the Akiva product that coincides with it. If Premium Support is bought at a later date then the date of the original software purchase, the service is only valid for one year from software purchase date.
