Akiva Developer Programs
Akiva has several developer programs, targeted at the differing needs
of developers across our product lines. The programs are intended to address
developer needs by function (i.e. corporate web developers, independent
software vendors, or enterprise integration teams). As a leader in the
development of core technologies for web based community, collaboration
and content management, we are dedicated to providing the highest levels
of support for our developer community.
Akiva Standard Developer Program
Target:
The Developer program is designed for community developers who need to
adopt Akiva products for their own internal use. This development program
provides support and documentation to make client side interface changes
and web site integration for both the ChatSpace and WebBoard product lines.

Costs: Purchase of a Premium Product with Premium Support and $500 per
year.
Akiva Professional Developer Program
Target:
The Professional Developer program is designed for community developers
who need to adopt Akiva products for their own internal use. In addition
to the benefits of the Akiva Standard Developer Program this program includes
API level access to the foundational technical building blocks for both
the ChatSpace and WebBoard product lines. It is designed to provide richer
and deeper development opportunities than are available via the html and
open scripting features of the products.

Akiva Product Developer Program
Target:
The Product Developer program is designed for community developers who
need to modify Akiva products for resale or distribution. In addition
to the Professional developer program features this program includes co-branding
opportunities and pre-negotiated discounts on the runtime license for
our Product Platform (encompassing all the features of the WebBoard and
ChatSpace Premium products).

Akiva Enterprise Developer Program
Target:
The Enterprise Developer program is designed for enterprise developers
who need to adopt Akiva enterprise Idea Management Platform (IMP) for
their own internal use or integrate the IMP into other enterprise software
products. This development program includes API level access to the foundational
XML/SOAP APIs used in Akiva’s enterprise products (including the
MindCruiser product). It is designed to provide richer and deeper development
and integration opportunities than are available via basic customization
and integration features of the product.

Source Access and Custom Development Relationships
Akiva recognizes that in certain strategic situations, source level rather
that API level access to our technology may be required. To accommodate
